About Me
I am a big fan of maintaining flexibility and continually trying to improve posture. My workouts are based around functionality and tailored to each client.
From a young age I enjoyed football, gymnastics and athletics. I joined the Royal Navy at 16 years old, continuing my interests and focussing on football, athletics and boxing at Armed Forces level.
After my time in the Navy, I took up middle to long distance running where I have participated in 10k and half marathon events. I continued my interest in flexibility and agility through Martial Arts which I practiced for 7 years. I have a strong interest in maintaining natural flexibility through body weight based exercises (for real people).
I have always been a fan of strongman and strongman style training. I therefore, also have an interest in weightlifting and have previously undertaken 6 months of Professional Wrestling training.
